Rota.fish securely stores your data on Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud computing, based in Ireland. All personal data (e.g. names and email addresses) is encrypted at rest and only decrypted when used.
Rota.fish will keep your personal data (e.g. name and email address) for up to 1-year after the date of the last occurrence in the rota it is associated with. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by deleting this information from our databases.
Marketing
Rota.fish would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.
If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
You have the right at any time to stop Rota.fish from contacting you for marketing purposes.
